Lika interned for us last year for 3 months through the Miami Ad School program. During her time at antoni Berlin GmbH she showed proficient skills on the design tools and supported the team in daily tasks for the clients Mercedes-Benz, Mercedes-AMG and Maybach. She is a quick learner and always eager to dive deep into topics specially when it comes to craft. Lika has already a great eye for details and I was excited to see her apply those skills on the tasks and project assigned to her.
Beyond her technical skills, Lika possesses a genuine passion for the job at hand and a relentless drive to excel. I have no doubt that she will continue to thrive and make significant contributions wherever they go.

Serving as a Creative Art Director Intern at BÄM Collective - Mediaplus from July 03 to September 08, 2023, Lika consistently showcased exceptional design, art direction, and communication skills. Actively participating in various projects, she displayed enthusiasm, adaptability, and a quick grasp of complex concepts.
